How do I find a charging station where charging is free?
Go to https://charge.freshmile.com/map or the Freshmile app and activate your location to find charging stations near you. Then activate the filter: ‘free only’.
Can I track my charging progress in real time?
To track your vehicle’s charging progress, go to the Freshmile app and select ‘Current sessions’. The information is updated on the server in real time. This allows you to determine when charging is nearing completion.
Why isn’t my car charging at the power rating indicated on the charging station?
Each vehicle has a maximum charging power. Therefore, a vehicle equipped with a 7 kW charger can only charge at a maximum of 7 kW, even if the charging station can deliver 22 kW of power. You can check your vehicle’s charging power here: https://blog.acoze.org/la-recharge-des-ve-v2/
