How do I purchase a pass?
Visit the shop at https://charge.freshmile.com/shop and choose the Freshmile pass that suits you best. The pass is available for £4.99 including VAT, in card or keyring format. Depending on your location, passes associated with a partner network may offer you special rates. Orders are processed Monday to Friday by our customer service centre. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. Delivery times are 5 to 7 working days for mainland France and up to 15 working days for international shipments. Freshmile provides international delivery.
How do I stop my current session/recharge?
If you are using the mobile app, go to your current session and click on the blue ‘Stop’ button at the bottom right of the screen to stop charging.
We recommend that you stop the session in the same way that you started it:
If charging was started via the app, stop it from the app.
If charging was started with your Freshmile Pass, stop it with the same Pass.
Please note: Using another method to stop charging may cause malfunctions, both at the charging station and in your charging session (e.g. session not closed or incomplete billing).
